A short🧵 on "textual criticism." 1. No one's jimmies were rustled over questions re: the authenticity of the ending of Mark or of the NT in general until the late 1800's when Princeton's B.B. Warfield suggested that the received text of the NT was unfaithful & that only the hand-written originals were inspired.
